 + -1 moreHis prices are so reasonable compared to other people we had come out and look at the job. He has done a good job for us and I would highly recommend him. This is a job that he is going to have to come out several times to complete but thus far we are very pleased.
Description of Work: He fixed a hole in the ceiling for me.

 + -1 moreTom was always timely in arriving to do the work. He was accomodating in terms of our schedule. He was both efficient and proficient as a painter. He did a great job with the time-consuming clean-up work. He was pleasant to be around, and kept us informed of his planned work hours (he has a day job). I got one other bid -- from a large ''chain'' type store that sells paint, wood, etc. That bid was more than double what Tom charged. From now on, Tom is ''our painter,'' and I'm grateful that Angie's List led us to him! He's a quality person who does quality work.
Description of Work: Tom painted a two-room building on our property -- about 600 square feet. There was a lot of detail work involved; e.g., I used 7 different colors. He painted a rather large book case and a large heat exhaust cylinder, in addition to walls, doors, trim, ceilings AND THE CONCRETE FLOOR IN ONE ROOM. He painted with satin & high-gloss finish as well as a special floor paint.

 + -1 moreTOM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE IS RELIABLE, NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTER EACH WORK PERIOD.
Description of Work: PAINTED WALLS. TRIMMMED IN DEN. PAINTED DINING ROOM, STAIRCASE AND STAIRWELL, 2 BEDROOMS AND HALL. ALSO PAINTED CEILINGS AND DOORS AND CABINETS.
