they did not treat the trees properly. i have had my trees treated by Fort Worth Tree and Pest Specialist and they are the company you want to use. Thompson Tree Service cut my trees and did an ok job. They did not drill the trees correctly and did not put the oak wilt solution into the trunks properly. I told them to take there canisters and leave. They did not charge me.

Based on previous tree work I have had done, the estimated price seemed fair. They were able to come right away, within a few days, to do the work. They were friendly, quick, professional and thorough. While they were here, I noticed a few branches in three different trees that I wanted removed as well, which they did very cooperatively. I also had some ivy covering the trunk of a tree that I wanted trimmed back. At the time of the estimate, I said I'd leave that for later. But, when I called to schedule, I decided to add it into the job. The scheduler suggested that this would not affect the price, as it should be quick and minimal. I was charged extra for this, which seemed frustrating at first. However, the official estimate that did not include the ivy stated plainly that additional work would be charged at a listed hourly rate. Looking back, I should have asked for the ivy to be included at the time of the estimate. I had received a recommendation for Thompson Tree Service before I called them, and their quality service met all of my expectations. I would use Thompson Tree Service again, and I would recommend them.

Thompson Tree had come highly recommended to me by a good friend. I was so pleased with Fred's quick response that I immediately scheduled the treatment of my tree. Alan and Marco were friendly and professional. They took care of my tree and will return in the fall for a follow-up deep root feeding.
