The service got my A/C running again, but that was not the problem. I called on a weekend and scheduled for the next Monday at 3:00 pm. I was patient that evening and waited to call their office until a little around 4:00 pm, I believe. I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone who informed me I was not on their schedule. She said she should be able to send a tech. out sometime later in the evening. They arrived at my house around 6:00 pm. I had to leave for work at 5:00 pm, so my wife was the one at home when the service was provided. I had scheduled for the time I did so that I could be the one to handle the situation. The second problem is that they have never presented me with an invoice. I don't really know what service I got or paid for. They were supposed to email the invoice and it never happened. So, overall, I'm sorry to say I would not use them again. You need to show up on time for scheduled appointments and if you say you are going to take payment electronically and invoice later, then invoice later, without the customer having to call and ask if he can please see what it was he was billed for.

I called around lunch time and asked for a tech to come look at the unit. By 3 pm the tech was gone and my system was up and running again. Excellent response time, excellent service.

My second time using them and extremely satisfied with them. Again A/C stops while expecting company, the story of my life. Thanks to them, problem solved and another cool day for us at home...

I have an older cooling system and it can be difficult to work on. Ricky and his team diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it fast. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. Friendly and professional I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Came the day after I called, at the appointed time. Repaired my one AC (I have 5 units total for 2 houses). Explained every step of the way. I have now signed up for twice a year service to avoid problems down the line. He is very knowledgeable and shares it with his customer. Real glad I called him.

What started out as a simple service call turned into a much bigger deal. It turns out one of our units was fried by lightning and it took a while to figure out what had happened and what needed to be fixed. Ricky and Richard spent several hours going between the attic and outside unit trying to figure out what wasn't working and how they were going to fix it. They had to replace the control board, thermostat and ended up having to go through the attic rewire the unit. They were very professional and very reasonable! I highly recommend them!

After numerous calls trying to get this job done, by several top Angie's list reviews ( just couldn't get anyone out here on short notice). Nothing bad about the others, just needed to get my A/C fixed quick, due to having family visiting on June 4th. Contacted Ricky and told him my delema and he rapidly came out the same day, charged my A/C system, to get me by my family visit and replace the A/C coil the following weekend after my family visit was over. His crew was the best I have seen in awhile, they showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, ready to work. Finished the job within 3 hours and did minor work to the ventilation system at no additional cost. No nickel and dime you to death, like in my past experience. They cleaned up after and explained every detail of what they were doing, during the repair progress, no secrets. They made some minor suggestions, to improve cooling effciency and took their recommendation. One of their recommendations was to replace the 6 inch light fixtures with the 6 inch thermos and even showed me how to do it. Got one from Lowes, to see, how it will work and is as easy as he said, going back to Lowes to get more to replace the rest. Also he notice my gas hot water heater vent, was not connected in the actic, showed me how to connect and fixed on my own, once I got the parts from Lowes. Ricky is very honest and so is his crew. Although not on the top ten on Angie's list, due to starting his business, no dought he will rise to the competition soon.

Ricky responded to the initial phone call and email, came as promised, was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I asked several air conditioning companies to install a window unit in a metal building. The location where the unit had to go was 7 foot high (no easy task). Most companies would not even discuss the job. Ricky took the challenge with a smile. This company is reasonably priced and able to provide impartial suggestions on your project. If you need any work done on air conditioning, heating or refrigeration, this is the company to use! I've had work done by other companies and this is by far the most professional, timely and knowledgeable that I have used. WE WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER !

Ricky Cox and Texas Total Comfort System were referred to us by a friend when we were looking to replace our upstairs A/C system. Ricky came out after two other HVAC companies had come to our house and given estimates on replacing the system. I was immediately impressed by Ricky's ability to respond to all questions I had with complete, yet easy to understand answers. Ricky was the only A/C guy to actually look at all the spaces/windows in the area I needed to provide A/C and heating for - the other two simply took a look at the inside and outside units. Three years previously, we had the downstairs A/C system replaced by a reputable company (and they were also one of the companies that gave us an estimate on replacing the upstairs unit) and while they did a good job of installing the new system, they did not give us any and quot;extra attentionand quot; or anything but the basic information after installing the system. It was a completely different story with Ricky and Texas Total Comfort System. Ricky made sure we knew how to extend our heat pump warranty from 5 to 10 years by simply registering our system online (something the other company never told us with the downstairs system) and made sure all our questions were answered before he and his crew left after installing the new system. I am completely satisfied with giving my business to Ricky Cox and Texas Total Comfort System. They give you a good price, quality installation and their customer service simply can not be beat. Texas Total Comfort System is a company run with integrity and they will be servicing my A/C for years to come.
