Texas Brick Repair

The experience was great and they did the work in a timely mannered. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very friendly. They also had a reasonable price and I would definitely use them again.

It was good. Fair quote. They did a good job of matching the brick. They did a real good job.

If masonry were an Olympic event, Anthony would win a gold medal. Not only did Anthony and his crew do an excellent job repairing the chimney and crumbling bricks at the side of our house. He made the effort to match the new bricks to the colour and style of those on the house. When the bill came in, it was exactly as estimated.

Fantastic! I was getting my mail at an alternate location because someone ran into my mailbox and I could not receive mail at my house. A friend told me about Texas Brick Repair and the work they had done on her house so i gave them a call. They came out same day and gave me a reasonable quote. They were able to begin working a few days later. I’m now able to get mail again and my mailbox looks nice again.

The two retaining walls were crumbling due to water damage. Anthony and associates did a fantastic job inserting new bricks and placing a limestone top on each wall. The area looks better than it did when the house was brand new. Anthony is professional in his approach and workmanship..Many thanks!!

Travis Nech and Brick Magic came out to assess the damage to our archway above our entryway. The initial estimate was $1,095 to repair. When the workers showed up, the determination was made that the repair was going to be more extensive than estimated. The new estimate was $2,800. The job was to take a couple of days. The crew that performed the work did not put down any type of drop cloth on the ground below and they failed to put anything to protect the front doors from debris. Once completed, the work was far from acceptable. The brick was not straight, mortar was spread too thick and covered most of the face of the bricks that had been repaired, and the crew did not clean up when they completed on a Friday. The foreman came out to collect final payment and was told that the work was not acceptable and that the crew did not clean up anything. He assured us that they would be out to clean it up and fix the repair the next week. The crew came out cleaned up some of the mess and tried to fix the repair for a second time. The work is still far from acceptable and again they decided not to clean up all of the mess they created. For the next couple of weeks, there were phone calls and texts to try to get them back out to fix this issue, but as of this post, that has not happened. During this ordeal, we have found out that the work was contracted out to Texas Brick Repair. I would strongly suggest that no one shoud hire Travis Nech/Brick Magic or Texas Brick Repair to do anything on their house.

Had to schedule several times. He didn't show up one time at all. They did a good job with what he had to do. Because the bricks were old type, exact matches were not possible. They did good job of finding closely matching bricks. It could have been a better job of the installation, but I am satisfied with the work.
