I got an HVAC system to ultimately help with my high electricity bill. They said this would truly help. It did not help. So they had someone to come out to service it who said it needed to be re-wired. I've set several appointments and no one shows up. I hate I ever got the system. Now I'm stuck with something I'm paying on that does not serve the purpose of what I got it for. I would never use them again and surely would not recommend them to anyone. I'd just say be careful, know and research what you're getting and if that's what's really needed in your situation.

This was one of the best experience in any repair so far. Please read along... A brief background of my house. I have two story house and we most of the time live in 1st floor and hardly utilize the top floor. Our top story HVAC broke down 2 years back and we wanted to get it fixed. I called 3 (so called great) HVAC companies in town and every time they come to see my HVAC they just diagnose that it is 18 year old HVAC system and just needs to be replaced as it cannot be repaired and give me from $6000 to $8000 quote to get it replaced. Yes I understand that is old unit and I will need to replace it at some point in time however I was not in position to replace it. Recently I thought of getting it replaced and called this company and asked them if they can fix it it will be great and if they cannot can they replace my unit and give me a quote to replace. The technician William Hulme came to my home and he did some diagnostics and said this system has still 2-3 years left and fixed the system in just 45 mins. I was so relieved that I don't have to replace the unit right away. I am thankful for the company and the technician to do the right thing . All other company came and charged me around $100 just for service call and didn't fix the problem. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely will be customer for life.

I used them First for a Tune up. After they did the tune up, they recommended a new unit. They were not pushing at all on selling a new unit All other companies that came before them, were just trying to sell me a new unit. My unit was 23 years old After couple of months, I called them and they gave me a great deal. They showed up on time and they did a great job. I even added more air vents and they give me a discount. They did a follow up call and I really liked the service. I highly recommend them

It was great, I would use them again. The service technician was very effective and efficient. Amanda on the phone is very easy to deal with. They are professional and very early. They are a really good company and they are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to others.
