 + 0 moreIt went GREAT! I set the appointment one day for service the next and was given a time. Aaron called at the start of that window to say he was on his way. Once he arrived, I showed him what needed to be done and he took it from there. Not a complicated service call, but the work was done well and quickly and Aaron was a pleasure to have in my home. I was charged only for the time he was on site and I was really pleased with the whole experience.
Description of Work: Had a couple of ballasts to replace and three LED fixtures to add.

 + -1 moreWe had several electrical things around the house that needed to be taken care of, such as changing florescent bulbs, changing old florescent to new led lights, and getting our backyard light working. For some reason the backyard light would work fora couple of days then stop working. Andrew stayed with the job for several weeks, checking on the light, coming out to try something else, He even followed up on the job at 7:30 at night in the dark when the light stopped working again. The attention to detail and willingness to stay until the job was completely finished. We will definitely be using Enoch Electric again and would highly recommend them to anyone else!!

They were very professional and quick to find the issue and repair. I would recommend them to everyone and if i ever need a repair i will call enoch.

 + 0 moreMy AC unit was tripping the breaker regularly. I had another company out to see what was wrong and they were trying to tell me that I needed an entire new system. $8000. I decided to get a second opinion and called Enoch. I believe the gentleman that came out was named Noah (?sorry). He immediately saw that the problem was a faulty fuse in the breaker box. He fixed it very quickly, explained what he had done and was on his way. I highly recommend Enoch for your HVAC needs.

I had been researching the job for a while, when the system all of a sudden started performing again after our home warranty folks tinkered with a few items. We left for vacation (Europe) and of course the system broke down, and we opted to get the aged unit replaced as opposed to risking multiple breakdowns in the future. I worked with Miles and his team from abroad, and they were very patient to work with my dad, here locally, and with me on skype. The price was extremely fair, and there was absolutely no upsell and offering of systems / components / brands that I didn't need. We came back from vacation to a cool house and to a highly professional installation. I have already referred them out to two friends, and would hire them again. Highly Recommended!!

The installers were professional, put up with all my questions, did an outstanding installation. Have only had a couple of days to evaluate but the system is quite seems very effective and is a big improvement over the old system. The price was fair and the work outstanding.
Description of Work: We had a 16 year old AC/Heating system that needed to be replaced or spend major $$ on repair. Miles worked with me and sold me a single stage / multi speed system from American Standard.. saved me 2-3K over the dual stage I thought we needed!

 + 0 moreIt was fantastic. There was a short in the wall that controls ceiling fan. Garrett fixed that and built and installed another outdoor fan. They only charged me a fraction of an hour to fix wiring and $75 to build and install the other fan. That is a really fair price. They are not greedy, very polite and professional. Am so happy to have such a great company work in my home. Would never call any one else!!!! Keep up the great work Enoch!

Description of Work: My wife and I bought an existing home and had a number of electric deficiency items from the home inspection. Enoch Electric was great in reviewing the report with us and advising us on those items that needed to be fixed and that that did not. In addition we had them add a number of light cans, fan connection boxes, outlets and under counter lights. This was two full days worth of work and Joey did a fabulous job. The pricing was fair and reasonable, the work professional, and there couldn't be nicer and more helpful people to work with. I would highly recommend Enoch Electric to anyone who needs professional electric work.
