 + 0 moreI had someone come out from Angie's List before Tab and after about 1 month, old stains that were never there before started showing up. I called Tab and he cleaned the carpets and after several months they still looked fabulous. Tab also came out another time, and cleaned our tile to perfection. Today, he is here after over 2 years from the first time cleaning our carpets(we have 2 dogs) and is cleaning the carpets and oriental rugs There is a possibility we may be moving out of state and I told him I can not move, unless he goes too...He is that good at his work and so very reasonable. (By the way, this is the wife submitting this)
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms and 7 area rugs of multiple sizes, 8X10 was largest.

 + -1 moreWe bought a house in November of 2013. This house had carpet covering the living room, dining room, and all four bedrooms. We suspected that the carpet in the living and dining rooms were covering some very nice wood floors and we wanted to investigate (we wanted wood floors over carpet in these rooms). We hired Tab to check it out and if our suspicions were correct, remove all of the carpet in these rooms and fix any issues with the wood. Tab gave us an estimate for the work and all of the potential work of $1000 with us buying any needed flooring. He investigated and discovered to out pleasure that the carpets were indeed covering some VERY expensive wood flooring. We already knew that the floor in the dining area had sustained water damage and would need to be replaced. As mentioned above, we bought the new flooring. Tab removed the carpeting in the living and dining room. He removed a LOT of glue from the wood floors that was used to hold down the carpet. He removed about 400 sqft of water damaged wood floors which were glued down and very difficult to remove. He had to use an electric chisel and a chisel and hammer to get it all up. He installed 400 sqft of new wood flooring. Tab worked VERY hard and got the floors looking really good. Because he worked so hard, we gave him an extra $300 for the extra effort (it took days to get all the glue off the floors and to remove the bad wood). He also cleaned the carpets in four rooms. All in all a very good job. I dont think I could have asked for much more from him.
Description of Work: Removed and disposed of around 900 sqft of carpet. Removed glue from wood floors. Removed around 400 sqft of wood floors. Installed around 400 sqft of new wood floors. Cleaned carpet in four rooms.

Description of Work: The provider arrived early. mentioned on the way in the house how he had to make sure he was paid and had called angies list. I told him how dusty this new home was smelling and we dicussed the deorderizing is what I wanted. He stated the capeted needed stretching, also.I olny want the carpet cleaned now and the deoderizing done. I could not stay for the cleaning so believed he was going to do a good job and it was to smell good. I asked which rooms would be cleaned all and the closets were included as part of the room. I was happy knowing all was to be done. I returned in the evening...it smelt nice at the storm door outside and I was happy. When I went inside the oder was not gone still dust smelling. the edges of carpet still noticably dust and dirty.Really not a noticable change in any carpet cleaning ever being done. So then the series of calls to report my dissatifaction was not good. Angies list employees refered me to talk to tabs carpet cleaning who said he would refund my money. when I call back to angies list to ask when this repayment would occur sense a angie list employee had put the charge on my card in your system.Then all kinds of can not do the provider of the service has to do it started. the provider claimed he will when angies list pay him bi-weekly. On and on this has still not be resolved. The service was not good as promised..I did not see the reviews on this company but before.I responed back to a email that came to my phone. I called and an angies list empolyee gave me the phone number for that compamy and a few more in that price range. Sense this one given as stated deoderize or protection I choose it. Why angies list gave me the name of a company I later looked up when I could had two reviews. One saying the job or home was worse then when to contractor started...really. the employees blamed each other for not knowing repayment policy...claiming my membership did not have the rights to actually get help with this by phone etc. This has been a terrible first try with angies list. I am still waiting for any repayment amount I can get on ths carpet cleaning job that was not good and I am not satified. Will Angies list now please tell me what to expect and when I will recieve some repayment. I am not even asking for full amount...please let me know..asap

 + -1 moreI needed carpets cleaned immediately as I was trying to rent out my house the next day. I called Tab late on Wednesday night and asked if there was any way he could accommodate me on such late notice. He checked his schedule and moved some things around and was able to be there the next day!! The service was seamless, he was on time, worked hard. I know there are many carpet cleaning providers on Angies list, but I highly recommend you go with Tab, you won't be disappointed.

 + -1 moreWe had used an Angie's List reference for carpet cleaning before and had a bad experience (the carpet looked worse after they left than before.) Tab came in and used a pro-chem product on the spots that were left by the previous company. After a few hours the stains were gone and the carpet looked brand new, even better than when we moved in. I am extremely satisfied with Tab and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They cleaned three rooms of carpet. 2 bedrooms and a large living room.
