SWIM-RITE POOL SUPPLY

Pool service is excellent, and every time I have needed a repair, the repair has been done right and in a timely manner. I have been with Swim Rite since they opened and would not use anybody else.

They dumped all the DE in my back yard and washed the filters out on my pool deck. I had white residue on the pool deck and clumps of DE in my yard. Since they have cleaned out my DE filter I have had to backwash my pool EVERY WEEK. Something is not correct. This company does not return phone calls or inform you when they will be performing services.

I stopped by ask if they would make an appt to fix my pool equipment. They made the appointment, pool guy came fixed the equipment all is well. They have always performed excellent work and I have used them since they first opened. Would not use anybody else.

We have used them for over two years now and they were great at first. For the last year we have struggled. There have been weeks when they didn't even bother to show up. Our filters are horrible and we pay to have them clean. Our pool has had a soda can in the bottom of the drain for over 4 months (left it there to see if they would take out when they were suppose to clean the debris from the pool). A supervisor has been out several times when the pool was so bad you couldn't even see the bottom. We have our weekly guy who is very nice but just doesn't have the authority to do anything but the basics. If someone else comes out they leave our gate open when they leave. We changed our gate code and forgot to notify them and instead of calling and asking for it they left a note saying they wont clean until we call them. Their service is HORRIBLE.....when I called to cancel he said whatever!
