+ 0 moreI used them because they are two miles away. I am absolutely knocked off my fins because they did such a good job. I bought the peace of mind service so every time I go in, it doesn't cost me anything. Matt and Jason were very knowledgeable. They are the two main techs that I have dealt with. I’ve dealt with others who are just as good. The peace of mind was $99. The machine I bought was a Dell and it was on sale. I upgraded to the higher capacity drives and they did a superb job. Their hours are good; they are there until 9 pm which is better than the company I was using. I like them. I take the computer to them when I need something. I intend to use them again.
Description of Work: I bought a computer from Staples. I’ve been using them since November. I bought a Windows 7 machine and they got it all set up and moved some discs over to my new machine. They installed some external cases and they did the whole thing. I've been working with them for 8 months.
