Terrible experience. The guy they sent to my house was an incompetent and made it clear he did not give a ****.

Worst carpet cleaning experience ever. Although the technician was courteous, in retrospect, I should have watched him the entire time he was here. I had a LR, DR, stairs, game room, and 2 bedrooms cleaned. He was in and out in 65 minutes. I'm not sure he even cleaned upstairs at all. I shampooed the game room and stairs again 8 days later and dumped a lot of dirty water. Again, it's like he never cleaned them. Although the furniture was up on the little foam blocks, I swear that's all he did. I did not see the technician connect my hose to his apparatus so I can only assume he must have used dirty water to clean my carpets. $315 wasted!!!

On time, very professional, explained what he would be doing and then did it just as he said. Finished sooner than I expected, and the final results look great.

I swore I would never use them again. You just say, ?I want my carpets cleaned? and then they try to sell you this and that and everything else under the sun. I don?t like that approach. The price went up. They talked my wife into buying the protection over the sofa and the chairs and all this kind of stuff. There were 2 people and they did come in uniforms and of course a bright yellow truck. They were salesman and tried to get you to buy this from them and that, anything at all to make the cost go up. The only thing we wanted was to get the carpets cleaned. They had a sale going on at the time. Then by the time they finished and they tried to add on all these extra little things in there, it goes up. They did do a good job. They were responsive. They came when they were scheduled to. They were professional. I would tell others, don?t trust them. I wouldn?t use them again. The workers were very nice, very pleasant, but they were sales people.

They are great. If there is any problem, they come back and fix it. They are a couple of guys and they have been here a couple of times. Their price is good for what they do.

We've been very satisfied with them. They're very professional and very thorough. We have a lot of dogs in our house. We require frequent cleaning. They do a good job.

This is a superb company from start to finish.

Called Stanley Steemer was able to schedule services within the next two days. The crew (Osvaldo Figueroa and Ryan Immke) arrived at 8:00 a.m. promptly. They were polite and protected belongs while moving them around. Took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean 5 large rooms of carpet. Was not pleased with their suggestive selling. When I called to schedule appointment was told deodorizer and protectant would be an additional 100.00. The crew tried to sell me the deodorizer and protectant for 96.00 each making it an additional 192.00 rather than the original price quoted of 100.00. But then they had said they had special for 96.00 for one and half off the other which was still more than I was quoted for both over the phone. When asked if protectant was 3M was told no that it was their own product that the company came up with. My carpet was still wet at 7:00 p.m. and it now feels rough rather than soft.

They were great. They were professional and did good work.
