Over all this was a very poor job. I received an estimate and agreed on a start time. He was told that I was at the school around the corner if I needed to make any decisions. 1st day, ripped off siding, found more damage, went home, came back at noon to wait for me, (I don't come home for lunch) he went home again and returned at 5:30 to wait for me. I work late and didn't get home until late when I could return the phone message about further damage. Extra work was approved. Came home to check at lunch the next day...no worker...checked back at 5, he was working finally. To repair damage, 2 windows had to be removed to rebuild the damaged framing. Replaced 2 side by side windows at 2 different heights. Tried to tell me that when you trim it out you won't notice. The saga continues. What should have been done in 2 days took over 3 weeks because he just didn't show up for some days, or needed to take off Sat because there was a big game on TV or he was working another job.
Description of Work: The wooden sheet of siding around the windows on the front of my brick house had some rot/water damage on the front and needed replacing. Found more damage underneath and needed to replace some of the studs before putting new sheathing up.

Mike was very easy to contact and flexible with his work time since I work. He arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem, explained what he would need to do and the parts needed. Ran to get the appropriate parts, took the toilet apart and took it outside to work on it where it would be less messy. Soon was back inside with the tank and new parts installed. Adjusted the water flow and cleaned up the mess.
Description of Work: I had a toilet that you could hear run every couple of minutes. Mike had to take the tank off, replace the gasket and the insides and put everything back in place.

I called Mike and he was doing a job in the area and came over within an hour. He quickly installed the Instant-Hot with no problem and charged a reasonable price. Mike cleaned up quickly and was on his way. This worked rather well, I thought I was just going to make an appointment for next week. Instead I got a completed job on the same day I called. A week later my wife decided she wanted the Instant-Hot faucet turned 30 degrees. Mike made the change at no extra charge. I've included 2 pictures, one of the Instant-Hot attached to the sink and the other where the real work was done: under the sink.
Description of Work: I bought an Instant-Hot water heater that fits into a kitchen sink at Lowe's. I asked the salesman for a recommendation on installation. He recommended Mike Spaulding and gave me his phone number.
