called Southwest Tile and spoke to Bill. He was prompt on his quote. James came over and did excellent working replacing/reusing 15 tile and matched the grout really close. Rest of grout is 18 years old and dirty. Excellent work highly recommend.

superb! Bill promptly came out for an estimate and then pointed us to some local tile suppliers to select our materials. Once we had a tile and molding selected, he placed the necessary order and let us know when it arrived. His crew arrived on-time on the agreed upon day and quickly finished the work! Their work was super AND they were very clean -- no house dirt tracked in or tile debris left around. We would absolutely hire them again.

Bill Lenz gave us a reasonable estimate, and we paid only slightly higher ($150) because of extra drain work and wood support that wasn't anticipated. Bill's team did nearly all of the work, though Bill checked in every day and did the drain work. They got done in less time than they estimated (both showers in 7 business days) and cleaned up after they were done with the work. They were courteous and professional at all times. A couple of months after the work was done, we noticed a problem with a crack in the grout and a slight leak, and they'd forgotten to put silicone on the perimeter of the grout. Bill came out right away and fixed the problem (at no charge).
