+ -1 moreTook longer than antticipated for start account cabinet work on bookshelves, but quality of bookshelves and installation is excellent and was worth wait. Center channel speakers were back-ordered and completion of project lagged waiting on them. Improvement opportunity is better communication and updates on delays. Programming of remote was acceptable but would have been better with discussion of options and possibilities before programming began.
