Description of Work: Instead of using heat, they used dehumidifiers and fans that blew moisture around our house, it did not dry the wet cross beams. We had another company come out after a month and they did it correctly, I would use company #2 but not ServePro. We felt like these guys were perhaps in with the insurance companies not looking out for the customer. They also damaged our house and made us fight to get it corrected, not what we needed during this stressful time. The only reason I did not give a total F, my wife appreciated the help packing and unpacking.

They came in and did a fumigation deal, and it really helped out the skunk smell. It made a big difference.On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being completely done, they did a really good job. If you knew what had happened, you would notice a tinge of smell left, but if you didn't know, then you would never notice it. I thought the pricing was reasonable considering the work that they did.
Description of Work: I use ServPro. We had a skunk come underneath the church, and it stunk up our church, and they did a pretty good job.
