Hands-down the worst inspection I've had on any home. Some people joke that home inspectors do little more than test electric outlets - this one didn't even get that right. I'm continually finding items that should have been identified in the inspection - ranging from non-working outlets...to a busted water valve leaking into the water meter box...to a bathroom fan venting into the attic...and more. When I contacted Danny, he was dismissive of everything and claimed "those issues must have occurred after my inspection." How plausible is it that someone would remove a vent hose from a bathroom fan, close a vent hole in the roof decking, and re-shingle the spot before moving out? I could only recommend this service if you're a seller and looking to buy a 'clean' inspection report for your house (shame on you if you even consider that!)

Danny smith provided an outstanding home inspection service. I am currently over seas and purchasing a house through a power of attorney so it was essential that I worked with him through email. He was very accommodating of this and always promptly replied to my emails even at late hours of the night for his time zone. He had my home inspection report complete with recommendations and color photos in my inbox within 24 hours of the inspection. His report was very detailed and informative. The price of the home inspection was about average so I did not give him an A there. Although he did give me a military discount. Overall his inspection possibly saved me a lot of money because I did not purchase the house based on some damage he uncovered.
