+ -1 moreHe is dependable and honest. He knows exactly what the problem is, can pinpoint it, and then repair it. I highly recommend him. He is a nice, nice man. He cleans up after himself. If he is hot and sweaty, he goes out to the car to write up the ticket and brings it back in. He has been at this a long time.
Description of Work: I had a blocked water filter water line and Roark's Air Conditioning & Heating unclogged it because they air conditioning just wasn't cooling. I have been using them for 20 years.

+ -1 moreHe is honest and dependable. He is very pleasant even when it is two hundred degrees. He has to reroute the vents in the attic and it was really hot. I think he knows what he is talking about.
Description of Work: They put in a new air conditioning unit two years ago.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HERE PROMPTLY EACH MORNING OF THE 3 DAYS IT TOOK TO INSTALL OUR UNIT AND CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY. THEY WERE POLITE AND PATIENT WITH OUR MANY QUESTIONS. THEY EXPLAINED WHY OUR NEW UNIT WOULD COST LESS TO OPERATE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BIGGER. WE ARE HAPPY TO SCHEDULE OUR ANNUAL CHECKUP, WHEN THEY DO A THOROUGH CLEANING AND CHECK THE SYSTEM FOR US.
Description of Work: MR. ROARK INSTALLED A CENTRAL HEAT/AC UNIT, BUILT A CABINET TO CONTAIN IT, AND REPAIRED DUCTWORK. HE ALSO MAINTAINS OUR SYSTEM WITH ANNUAL CHECKUPS.
