ROACH WRANGLERS

They come by every 2 to 3 months. They also did my termite inspection and they also come to spray for my bugs. They do exactly what I ask them to do.

In December 2013, a note from Roach Wranglers was placed on our front door stating that we were not home and we needed to reschedule service, with their call back number provided. Approximately 30 days later, we received an invoice for $86 for work that was not performed. My wife contacted Cole, who is apparently the son of the owner of the business and an employee, to correct the misunderstanding. After a brief phone conversation, Cole told my wife he would have the charges corrected. 30 days later, we received another invoice for the aforementioned non-performed services, upon which my wife again contacted Cole and again he stated he would have the charges corrected. 30 days later, we received yet a third invoice. My wife called Cole and this time the story had changed. Cole's father, and apparent owner of the company, stated that Cole had sprayed the outside of our house on that date, including the backyard, which is only accessible via a locked gate. Cole's father also stated that this is the service Cole had provided every time on our house over the last several years. However, each and every time Roach Wranglers has performed pest control spraying, my wife or father-in-law have been there to let Cole inside of the house to spray and opened the gate to spray in the backyard. At this point, which was early March, I got involved and called Cole's father. After explaining the circumstances to Cole's father, he told me he would, "take care of it" in reference to the invalid invoice. Finally, over the past weekend, we received yet another invoice for these services. Cole's father essentially repeated the story from a month earlier but denied telling me he would "take care of" the invoice. I explained to him that if the invalid charges were not reversed, I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and giving a poor review on Angie's List, of which I am a member. He stated he would be taking me to small claim's court. Left with no other recourse, I am giving the review on Angie's List in an attempt to resolve the dispute and warn others of my experience with this company. I also filed a copy of this as a complaint with the BBB in attempt to resolve this dispute.

He did okay. I called because I had a question because I was seeing some bugs after about 1 1/2 weeks. He never did call me back. He said we had a 60 day guarantee and to call if we saw bugs. We will probably try someone else. Everything else was great. He seemed professional and showed up on time. We were pleased overall definitely with what we paid. I don't know if I would use them again.

We have only had to call them back for retreatment 2-3 times in the many years that we have used this company. You do need to call them and stay on them for follow up, not relying on them to necessarily get back to you in a short time. HOWEVER, I DO NOT recommend this company for their lawn fertilization service. We used them for 2+ years giving them a chance to make a difference and no luck. We should have cut our loss sooner, but that was our mistake.

A guy by name Danny came to my house to execute the work. He was great and I absolutely adore him. He was just wonderful. He was very enthusiastic, good and knowledgeable. The price was cheaper than other companies and the service was much better.

They come and take care of any pests I notice before the 3-month routine spray. They are very friendly. Their prices are excellent. They are very dependable and always call me before they come.

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED COMPANY OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER. VERY NICE PEOPLE WHO ARRIVE ON TIME (CALL IF THEY ARE EARLY OR RUNNING LATE) AND KEEP OUR PLACE FREE OF BUGS AND WEEDS. I'VE HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS. VERY SATISFIED.
