He showed up on time & was pleasant & professional. He explained the age of the equipment, but said it currently looked good. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me a new unit immediately, like some places would have done because of the age of the equipment. I will call them again when I do need a new furnace.

Very professional technician, helpful and friendly

Repair Masters came out to do a Furnace tune up on 28 June, 2018. The next day I noticed there was water dripping from the ceiling under the furnace. This had never happened before. I called the technician and he told me he would get back to me on Monday. Monday, July 2nd, I didn’t hear anything from them so I texted them on Tuesday. Finally, another technician came around 8PM on Wednesday 3July. He fixed the problem with the leak and it still is fine. The problem I have is that there is water damage from 6 days of leaking water. They do not feel they are responsible for the water damage. In the contract it clearly states: -Check duct integrity, cleanliness and proper support Angie's List wants me to buy a GOLD membership before they even pick up the phone.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Thorough inspection and suggestions for repairs and a schedule of when they should be done. No high pressure. Just helpful information.

Very good! Dusty was honest and very detailed about his inspection of my units. He showed me why my units were not worth putting money into. He did not try to sell me a new unit and he didn't try to do unnecessary work. It is very hard to find honest people but I would recommend this company for their honesty.

Great heating and air company. Discovered our upstairs A/C was broken about 7:00 pm and they had a technician at my house by 8:30 pm. Performed great work at a fair price.

It worked out good. Ken and Justin came out and they were prompt and professional. They installed a new motor on my unit and I will definitely use them again.

I called Repair Masters Heat & Air because they had recently been out to service our sprinkler system (Repair Masters Sprinkler Repair) and the service was outstanding. It was after supper time when I called, but he said he would contact one of his team and they would get out there as soon as possible on Monday. He contacted me again at 07:30 Monday morning and asked a couple of questions about our AC unit. He said he was sure that they could repair it from the outside and that I should turn the AC system on, go to work and they would take care of it. The repair tech was able to repair the unit by 1:00 PM and everything was working great by the time I got home from work.
