Description of Work: Raul Garcia of R & M construction approached me at my residence in Irving, TX on June 30th 2011 and signed a contract for roof replacement. Melissa Garcia is his wife and office manager of R & M construction. They accepted/cashed a check of $6450.49 given to me by my insurance company. There was no response for 6 months after taking the money. My attorney has advised me to file an insurance fraud against them. After contacting my attorney and insurance company, we are proceeding with a law suit against R & M construction company. This is an extremely unprofessional behavior and I want my refund immediately.

Description of Work: THEY ARRIVED EARLY IN THE MORNING (7 AM) AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK STRIPPING OFF TWO LAYERS OF SHINGLES THEN REPLACING THE DAMAGED DECKING, OF WHICH THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT BECAUSE IT SO LONG FOR THE MATERIAL TO ARRIVE. THEY MADE SURE THAT ALL THE DECKING WAS TIGHT,THEN INSTALLED THE UNDERLAY,AFTER THAT THE SHINGLES.AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND DETAILED,THE CREW POLICED THE AREA AND REMOVED THE TRASH.THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. RAUL AND MELISSA WERE A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. IN MY OPINION THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE RATES AN A+
