Excellent work

I was replacing 4 ceiling fans and installing a new one. The technician was fast and courteous. The installation was great and he explained my new fans to me. I will definitely contact them again.

They were on time, courteous and professional. They should me how to use and operate the remote control. They picked up and swept up when they were done. Our outdoor ceiling fan looks great!

These guys were miracle workers! I had a light fixture in the breakfast room that had a socket that wouldn't liite. He fixed it!! Also a ceiling fan that needed lots of attention to details that I would never know about. Runs beautifully and is now secured. They took great care of my furniture by covering them.

I had two fans which were on the fritz, and they were able to fix it quickly. The repairmen were friendly and very professional. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the fans and how they fixed it.

The guys were on time, gave me 30 min notice of arrival, they worked for quickly and efficiently, made sure I was happy with the work, and then they cleaned up the area afterwards.

The technicians called notifying me that they could arrive earlier than the estimated time. I was happily surprised with the call and agreed. They arrived and replaced our old fans, installed our two new fans in a short time. We will be calling them again to replace and install new fans in the bedrooms in the near future. Thanks again!

I like that they only had a 2 hour window, instead of these 4-6 hour service windows, it started early, around 7 am, enough time that I could still go to work once the work is completed.

I hired Quatro Lighting to install 3 ceiling fans. They provided great customer service, answered all my questions, and did a great job installing the fans. They were reasonably priced and much cheaper than another chain that was referred by home advisor. They even worked me back in the same day when one of the fans I purchased didn’t have a remote as I expected. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 start overall is a small amount of damage when they put in a metal box but that was explained as a possible problem prior to beginning the job. They worked really hard to do a good job and make sure I was happy with the work. They also took care to cover my furniture and clean up after. Overall great experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

On time, professional, friendly service. Happy with the install, but I received two different quotes and ended up paying more than either quote. However, I am pleased with the quality of work but next time I will confirm the cost of repairs before I authorize the work to be done.

On the phone the rep said $70.00, but they actually charged $75.00. Another rep from Quatro called today not knowing I had already had an appointment with Quatro. He said the rate was $90.00. That does not set well with me. Please advise.
