Appointment was made. Service Tech arrived on time and stayed 50 minutes. He was very polite. Service call $49, labor and parts were $50. Total $99-this was for the first call. Came back out 2nd time, no charge for service call, $36 parts and labor. All seemed reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Maytag dishwasher, 11 years old, the soap dispenser was not opening to release the soap. Quality Appliance was called, they came out and replaced the latch box that holds the soap. Worked intermittently for a few days. Came back out and replaced the motor that drives the latch. Dishwasher works fine now.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS PUNCTUAL AND COMPETENT. THE REPAIR WORK WAS FAIRLY PRICED.

WE HAD TO WAIT A BIT AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THEY WERE THOROUGH IN FINDING EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THE DRYER. APPRECIATED THAT THEY CHECKED OUT WASHER, BUT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE HE TOOK TIME TO UNDERSTAND OUR COMPLAINT.
Description of Work: REPLACED BELTS AND LED SWITCH ON DRYER. CHECKED OUT WASHER AND OILED IT.
