The porch was leaking when it rained, and I even have a video of the leaking porch.They just poured dry concrete on the posts and they left a lot of gaps on the posts as well. They didn't double screw the pickets and they didn't put double screw on the rail and the bottom steps sank to the ground. For the remaining $900.00, I had to go on a small claim because they did a bad job. And I don't want to pay the remainder. Another carpenter came and said said they did a really bad job.
Description of Work: I paid them a $3000.00 deposit and the remaining $900.00 will be given after the porch is complete.
