They arrived on time. They were polite and very careful with furniture. It was a over 100 degrees outside and the furniture was heavy. They did 2 trips but were running late for the next apt so they left without finishing the job. I had my mother at site and she thought they were coming back. I got a text for payment called my mom and she confirmed that they were almost done. I paid through cash app but they never returned I didn't find out till a couple hours later. I did not reach back out to complain. My husband finished the job. The price was more than fair. Overall the big furniture was moved and placed in the rooms. If I would have complained maybe a 3rd trip would have happened but husband did before I had a chance to call or let them make it right.
