POLICEMAN MOVER

These guys are awesome. They show up on time, work hard and get the job done with no nonsense. But most of all they are honest. On my recent move, they came to me and pointed out a scratch they made on my wall and were very apologetic. It was very minor and I appreciated their integrity - which is hard to find these days. Ernest and his team are friendly and efficient and I’d use them every time.

They were late on the first day, but worked late (9PM) to get a pod loaded. The second day they were on time and worked hard all day. They were careful with our stuff, responsive to my input.

The move went fairly smooth except for the surprise my Niece had for us at the move to location. She had been telling us no stairs we get to the new apartment and it is a second floor. Movers were great just handled it. The two fellows doing the move were quick and efficient.

I contacted Curtis to arrange the move and to discuss the details. He answers the phone in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. He found a window of extra time to accommodate moving a dining room table, six chairs, and one leaf. The movers called when they were about an hour away and arrived ahead of schedule. The workers were friendly, eager to work, clean, and very careful with our furniture. They took apart the dining room table for the move and re-assembled it correctly and promptly when it arrived using their own tools. All the pieces of furniture were carefully loaded, positioned safely, and wrapped thoroughly for the ride. All of the equipment - truck and trailer - were in top working condition. That's important because no one wants to have a delay or cancellation because of broken down equipment. The furniture was unloaded carefully and placed exactly where I wanted it. The workers did not leave a mess or any dirt.

I used Policeman Movers because they hire actual police officers to do the moving and that usually means no theft to worry about. I called on a Monday to schedule a move on Thursday morning and they were there on time and moved us with ease. I had been given a price for 2 hours time and they went over a couple of minutes and didn't charge me for that. They were big guys and moved the furniture with ease. They were even able to move an entertainment center that had taken us an hour to get into a room out of that room in a couple of minutes. I guess knowing how to move things helps. They were very pleasant and great guys. I would definately use them again.
