He was ready to begin the project and had everything with him. He finished within a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. He made the experience much less stressful. I would hire them again!
Description of Work: He connected a kitchen faucet and fixed the leaky supply lines to it.

Totally blown away by this as the week prior when we setup the appointment the estimate was free. Shady if you ask me, waiting until 15 minutes prior to an appointment to ***** a fee.

Description of Work: Michael did excellent work. Originally wanted to upgrade to a tankless and he thoroughly explained all the pros and cons. After choosing a tank, he still offered to quote both options to ensure I was educated on the price for both. He communicated well along the way and replaced the hot water heater quickly and efficiently. I will use Plumb Shield again, and request Michael. He was awesome!

 + -1 moreIt went so well. Terry with Plumb Shield Plumbing came out on a Sunday to assess my problem. I hired him that day. His quote for the job was a fair price. I appreciated his kindness and of course, his experience. By Monday morning the digging was done and by mid morning, my new pipe was in the ground and functional. Tuesday the water dept came out to inspect the job and that afternoon, the hole was filled in. I was so impressed with the work that was done. I am still bragging about Terry’s awesome service. I am also excited to know that I now have a plumber who is honest and very capable of any task I will have in the future. Thank you Terry!!
