+ -1 moreI have been in property management for 20 years so I basically know what to do when the A/C goes out. I called him and told him what I had done so he more or less talks me through things so he doesn’t have to charge me. Then if he does need to come out to charge the unit his charges are minimal; his prices are wonderful.
Description of Work: I used Penny’s Air Conditioning for heating and air-conditioning.
