Description of Work: Once a week Darrel shows up to clean the pool with a smile. I planned on calling around to get some quotes but after talking to Mo and meeting Darrel I felt there was no need to call around. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and flexible is how unwound describe Pearaon pools and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Description of Work: I called them to check out my pool- I knew there were a few problems. The owner came out and was friendly. I was ready to let him do the work for us, but he never got back to me with an estimate. He had promised it by the end of the day, but after a few days went by, I called and left my email address on the voicemail, giving him the benefit of a doubt, but still nothing. I called one last time several days later and spoke to the owner's wife- who seemed nice- and she apologized and promised it right away, but still nothing. We are small business owners and I really like to use other small family businesses. In addition- we've had a few 'interesting' customers over the years, so I go out of my way to be a reasonable customer. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was our experience. They might do good work for those who get estimates- I have no idea.

Description of Work: I had posted a review in July 2013 giving Pearson an F. Their service continues to haunt me. The pump they put in at that time has failed after 4 months. I called them since it was under warranty. The office said I would be called back. It never happened. I called back and same reply and result. My new pool company said the pump was not an industry standard. The design did not allow the bearings to be replaced and it could not be repaired. I had to replace it.

Description of Work: Annual filter cleaning

Description of Work: I initially had them come out to clean the filter, and they did an AMAZING job! However, my pool had been so dirty that I knew that the filter had already become filthy again, because the water was again not circulating. I called them back and told them I wanted to pay for them to come back out and clean the filter again. They came back out and he explained I needed a cleaning using an external pump and then he would clean the filter again. So, I said that would work!

Description of Work: Cleaned our filters and explained how to keep the pressure down on the pool pump.

Description of Work: Pearson Pool Service has been maintaining our pool at Eagle Mountain Lake for years. Since this is a weekend home we are not always around to know what is required for service, they will call with any problem, give an estimate for repairs and ask if we want them to do the work. They provide mainteance service once per week and always show up and take care of it. Not necessarily the cheapest around but they are good at what they do.

Description of Work: Company repaired capacitor in pump. They also repaired pipe.

Description of Work: Technician, Danny, found a leak that was allowing air to get into the circulation/filtration system. He replaced a cracked valve and added two others to improve the system. Work was fast and professional. We have used Pearson Pool Service for years and have always been very pleased.

Description of Work: We had multiple problems with our in-ground pool filtration system. They replaced a burned-out pump motor and timer, added a freeze sentry, and corrected several other problems (including potentially dangerous electrical wiring errors) that were previously over-looked or ignored by a major big-name pool service company.

Description of Work: 1) filter cleaned 2) attached hose to Air relief value 3)lubed air relief valve 4) inspected chlorinator 5) inspected D.E. cartridge 6) 3 weeks of pool service.
