PARADISE PLUMBING did a great job. They were able to do the job without all new plumbing. The gentleman kept me updated with everything that he was having to do. They got here right when they said that they would and he took his time fixing things without undoing all the plumbing.

They are always quick and prompt. They are super nice and friendly. They are very trustworthy. We alsp had them do a couple other smaller jobs for us. We always have the same plumber come out and we’e gotten to know them so well that they feel like family. They did a great job and they leave everything clean and do an immaculate. We’ve been using them for almost decade. They guarantee all their work and gave us a lifetime warranty on this repair and also a gas repair they did too. I feel like this is a big selling point because the lifetime warranty is transferrable to the next owners. They are very reasonably priced and don’t nickel and dime you.

They informed us our clay pipes were seperating allowing roots to get in, which we were already aware of and gave us a fair quote to replace the line of $5200.00. Half the line is under are concrete driveway. We asked them what the worse case senario is if we don't replace the line, they said pretty much you'll just need snake service a few times a year. We have decided to wait on the line, but plan to use them when it is time.

The job required less than 30 minutes and the drain worked fine after the plumber was through.

I don?t remember the estimated cost. We didn?t actually contact them; it was our home warranty company that sent them out. There?s nothing in particular that stood out about them. They were very professional. I would consider using their services again in the future for a quote.

Everything they did is working well. Had to call them to come back and release the sprayer hose on the sink that was caught behind the pipes after they fixed the dishwasher.

It was good. He was prompt and got the job done. He was clean and neat. I would use him again. He was on time and did what he said that he was going to do in a timely fashion with the least expense.

He did a good job. He is a clean honest worker. If it is able to be fixed, he will try that before making you spend money to replace it. He is knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely keep using him.
