Outstanding! Spring broke last night. We saw the Angie's List deal and purchased it first thing this morning. We called Panther City but the office was closed. Within five minutes Ryan reached out to us. Ryan provided an arrive window between 9:30 and 11:00. He arrived at 10:30 and promptly replaced the garage door spring and make a few adjustments to the garage door opener. Ryan's prompt and courteous demeanor was appreciated. I highly recommend Panther City Overhead door.

Great. I purchased the offer on Angie's List on Saturday evening and received a call early on Monday morning. He was able to come out that same morning, so the work was completed within an amazingly brief time. The garage door opener that was installed can even be operated from my smart phone and I was able to add an exterior keypad for a very small additional charge.

Showed up promptly. Very professional and had problem solved very quickly. Highly recommended. There are a number of garage door repair shops that are scams and trying to find a reputable one can be a challenge. We were fortunate to find Panther City and will use them again when we need additional work.

Pt communicated well and showed up on time-actually before me. Was careful for me to send him pictures of my door and take measurements so I could get an accurate bid and he have the correct springs. Fixed problem efficiently and checked safety operation of door. Straightforward. For other consumers The door business can be unethical. Many companies do not want to give bids or very vague ones. It could be because the price may vary between types of doors but I suspect spring sizes do not vary by a hundred dollars. It could be because the companies want to see what kind of house you have so they can charge accordingly. They may also give a low bid and then give a 100% higher price because one might just pay it to be done with the inconvenience of not having a working door.

Ryan great with helping me to understand the issues I had, what needed to be done to fix them, and at an afford price. He is not someone that is there to try to overcharge you for unnecessary repaired. He was a pleasure to work with. I WILL be calling him back for any future issues!

It was quick and easy - Ryan did everything we needed quickly and as expected. We had shopped around a little bit and he came out to give us an estimate that was lower than a previous one. He offered one price and did all the work as promised for that price with no extra charges for small things like lubricating the door or adjusting the springs. Ryan did a great job - he was courteous and knew what he was doing. We will definitely call them again if we need more work done!

Ryan came out about an hour after I called and did WAY more work than I expected, for the price that I paid. Ryan is the owner and is super friendly and straight-forward when it comes to business. His work vehicle looks very professional and I really like his business cards...they're top notch! All around I am very happy with the work and I recommended him to a neighbor on the Nextdoor app, they used him and emailed me to say they were very pleased with the price and the work.

I accidentally ran into my center post and Ryan came out about an hour after I made the call. He did more work than I expected for a great price. I have recommended him to people in my neighborhood and they have used him as recently as 3 months ago and we more than pleased with his service and pricing.
