Jason was my technician. He was very honest with me. he came and fixed my garage door. a previous tech from another company came by and told me i needed a new motor. Jason took one look and explained to me what the problem was. Turns out it wasn't the motor at all. The other company was trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I recommend OGD.

Charged 2.5% extra for credit card and did not tell me spent an hour trying to contact someone about this. Pathetic.

Josh took the job and showed up exactly on time. Evaluated the problem. One spring was broken and I opted for both springs to be replaced. He replaced the Springs, lubricated everything and adjusted the door. I was happy and feel the price was fair and competitive. I would recommend.

These guys are great! Of course a person(s) could do the installation if they chose to do so. But if rime us a constraint than you to go with a professional installers like OGD
