+ -1 moreThey did a very nice job. They got all of the work completed on time. The work was very professionally done. They did a variety of different projects around my home. The price seemed to be reasonable. They showed up time and they took the time to clean up after themselves before they left. The total project took about two days. They were always working, rather than moping around.
Description of Work: Morgan Paint and Drywall came out to paint some of the exterior of my home. They did some touch up work and a wrought iron fence around my pool.

+ -1 moreTHE FIRST DAY, I SHOWED UP, THE CONTRACTOR DIDN'T. THE SECOND DAY, HE CALLED AT NOON AND WANTED A 1/3 FOR THE FIRST DAY'S WORK. HE HAD MASKED OFF THE OUTSIDE. NO PAINT, NO MONEY. BY EVENING, HE HAD PRIMED SOME OF THE OUTSIDE. NO 1/3, 1/5 OR NO JOB. HE TOOK 1/5. BY DAY 6, THE OUTSIDE WAS NEARLY PRIMED, BUT NOT QUITE, I FINISHED IT AND THE CONTRACTOR WAS LET GO. NOTHING ON THE INSIDE WAS DONE. THE PRIMER WAS WATERED DOWN AS THE PAINT WAS GOING TO BE. HE HAD BOUGHT AND LEFT WITH ME, 3 GALLONS OF PAINT FOR THE OUTSIDE. THE NEXT CONTRACTOR I HIRED FOR THE JOB, USED 6 GALLONS FOR THE OUTSIDE. THE NEIGHBORS SAID LARRY DID MORE COMING AND GOING THAN HE DID ANYTHING ELSE AND A LOT OF SITTING AROUND.
Description of Work: THE BID WAS FOR FOR $1125.00. THE JOB WAS TO PAINT THE INSIDE, OUTSIDE AND STORAGE BARN AS WELL AS REPAIR ABOUT 10 TO 15 CRACKS IN THE SHEET ROCK INSIDE. THE WALLS INSIDE WERE TO BE TAN, CEILING FLAT WHITE, TRIM SEMI-GLOSS WHITE AND EXTERIOR WAS TO BE A LIGHT TAN AS WELL AS THE SHED. THE JOB WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN A WEEK. THE CONTRACTOR WANTED 1/3 AFTER THE FIRST DAY'S WORK AND 2/3 WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE.
