+ 0 moreManuel came over and gave me a quote and we scheduled the work for the following Friday early. He arrived promptly on time and had the work completed by noon. He also adjusted the new heads as necessary.
Description of Work: Needed extensive relocation and repair of sprinklers. Work included running a pipe under a sidewalk, adding 3 sprinklers, relocating 6 sprinkler heads, and stubbing off several unneeded sprinkler heads.

+ 0 moreMr Monroy and his helper arrived on time and accomplished the work in minimal time. I was impressed with the professional result, and my wife and I are delighted with our new door.
Description of Work: Monroy Home Improvement is a small handyman-type company that I was referred to by the person who does my landscaping. The job was to take out a double window and install a patio sliding glass door. The Big Box store that sells the doors would not provide contractor services because it was a switch from a window to a door. Monroy came out and looked the job over and promptly gave me a quote. I had received quotes from other handyman services both higher and lower than Monroy's but I decided to use them because of responsiveness and attitude. The work involved cutting bricks to expand the opening and was accomplished with a minimum of delay and in a professional manner. The finished work was detailed out nicely including cleanup.
