They worked hard while on site and did a very thorough clean up job.

My initial call to schedule an estimate was taken by Abraham who also supervised the actual work. The estimate was scheduled for two days later and Abraham was right on time. After we discussed what I wanted done, he gave me a very fair estimate and said the work could be done within a week and he would call with a scheduled date and time. The date of the work was very windy and Abraham called to let us know they would be late because a previous job was taking longer because of the high winds. The crew came later in the day and started working but Abraham had to take some large brush from the previous job to the dump and said he would be back ASAP. As the crew was working, I was concerned that they were cutting much more than I had discussed with Abraham and I called him and told him of my concern. He said he would return as soon as he could and have his crew just remove the dead branches until he could return, After his return, we discussed my concerns and he remained and directed crew to be sure there were no more problems. Whenever a large branch had to be removed, Abraham always checked with me to get my approval. Near the end of the job, I made a request to cut back a little more on the branches over the roof and street which was quickly done. All of the brush was put into a chipper and truck, the yard and street was raked and swept and the finished product was very satisfactory. In the future, I recommend the supervisor remain with the work crew to insure there aren't any problems.
