This company's owner is Mike McStay. The lack of honesty, integrity, good work ethic and professionalism is the lowest I have ever seen. This company went onto my roof without my permission and lifted countless shinges and nailed 3 large tarp to my roof. They were never suppose to do anything to the roof. However, when I asked them to remove the tarp and that I had decided I was not going to use them I believe the vandalized and sabotaged my roof. The next day it rained really hard and leaks started appearing all over my house. When I call the owner/president Mike McStay he refused to take responsibility for his damage to my roof. I filed a BBB complaint and a police report on the situation.

The sign on my front door clearly states "No Soliciting". Someone carrying a business card that had the name "Chris Peck, Sales/Customer Service" rang my Ring doorbell and then threw his business card on the ground when he did not receive a response.

Chris is a very conscientious employee who takes his job very serious and would never knock a "no soliciting" door on purpose. I have spoken with him and he feels badly and has admitted to ringing doorbells before seeing the no soliciting sign. I know we sometimes miss the sign altogether. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. At our next company meeting, I will reiterate our policy to NEVER approach a "no soliciting" home and to apologize immediately for those we accidentally disturb.
