Arrived within 15 min of appointment window. Dug out valve area, made the repair and put dirt back around area that had been disturbed.

My outdoor faucet had been leaking for a month or so and it was getting colder outside, so I called Master Repair Plumbing. They scheduled the appointment at a convenient time for me and showed up on time. They called prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way. Once there, they were very professional and knowledgeable.. They assessed the problem and gave me options. The faucet was replaced quickly without any messes.

Taylor was very pleasant and neat. Master Repair sent him within 2 hours of my call.

Everything is fine. They don't include in their service repairing the wall, so after they're done fixing the problem you then have to go out and get another contractor to repair the wall. So, I think they should do basic repair.

We can't say enough good things about Master Repair Plumbing. The entire team is courteous, responsive and the price is always fair. Their expertise and knowledge is comforting. These plumbers are master in their craft. You have a customer for life!

While having the shower replaced, the drain pipe, cast iron, disintegrated back to the main pipe and I called Master Repair Plumbing that afternoon. The arrived early the next morning, inspected the remaining drain pipe and determined that it needed replacing to the outside sewer line. We discussed options and agreed on a price. They went right to work and completed the job by the end of the day. Two holes had to be knocked in the concrete slab and about 20 buckets of dirt taken out to remove the old pipe and install the new drain pipe from the shower, the sink, and the commode. The next day, my shower installers remarked on the excellent job done by the plumbers. I had used Master Repair Plumbing a few years before to reroute my kitchen sink drain which had broken under the house. One plumbing company estimated $10,000 to knock our my den slab to find the leak and repair it. Another estimated $7,000 to dig under the house to find and fit the broken pipe. Master Repair Plumbing rerouted the drain around the house to the sewer line for $3,600. It's been working great since then.

He was on time, professional and did a great job.

Professional and courteous. Was willing to provide an accurate estimate over the telephone; very few plumbers would provide an estimate. Most plumbers wanted a service fee to provide an estimate.

Angie's List coupon used. On time and dressed with protective covers. The team performed the 2 tests requested. They notified me of the results of both the tests. The Ft Worth water dept validated the tests and went back to the top of our house and performed the tests there. The results are annual spring in my backyard.

Tyler Matthews plumber. Plumber checked and found no leak from toilet and only a leak from the sink dripping onto bathroom floor. Plumber was very courteous and I feel I was appropriate.

Liberty Mutual, our insurance company sent Master Repair Plumbing to remove the toilet for us, to facilitate drying of the subfloor under the tiles. Liberty Mutual contacted them on 4th April 2013 and since a plumber was in the area they sent them to see if we were at home and replace the toilet there and then. I got the message when I came home and called them the next day and they sent a plumber that morning itself. They came on time and removed the toilet and left the place clean. This allowed for the people from Dry Force to remove the tile and get the subfloor drying. The amount specified is what Liberty Mutual paid them. Overall, I am pretty happy with their response time and their quick and good work.

The valves were leaking on my hot water heater. I've used Master Repair before, and they have always done great work for us, so I was happy to call them for this problem. They've repaired toilets for us and have done extensive drain cleaning in the past. They are very professional and always come when they say that they will. They do an excellent job on whatever we have asked them to do. I would highly recommend them--everyone in my family calls them when we need plumbing work! I would give them an A+ if it was possible!

We had called a plumbing company previously, and they installed a whole new unit in a toilet that’s older, and they put in a system that didn’t totally fit the older style, and it wasn’t flushing well enough, so we decided to contact Master Repair Plumbing rather than try to make them come back and make it right. I wasn’t real sure if we needed a total replacement for what the other company did, but anyway the personnel who came from Master Repair Plumbing said that they had put in the wrong style, and I think it had something to do with the flapper, so he put in the style that is made for the older style toilet, and that fixed it. I think their price was probably within the range of what should have been charged, and I don’t think they overcharged. We were very pleased with what they did as they corrected something that another company had done.

James and Marcus were courteous, confident, and knowledgeable. They explained our options, performed the tasks quickly, and suggested ways to maintain our drains, disposal, and shower heads. We look forward to continued business with Master Repair Plumbing.

I got an estimate on Monday 1/23/2012 for replacing my water heater, it was still operating just getting old (14-15 years) so I was concerned about failure, also 2 water shutoff valves were leaking and added that to the job. The next day the company rep called back to ask if I was ready to go ahead with the work and even took $100.00 off the price so I gave the go ahead. The next day Tyler (who gave the estimate and was very personable, knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the job)arrived in the morning to start the job, which also include raising the unit up onto a stand and placing it in a drip pan with a drain, raising copper tubing to fit the new height of the tank and getting the city permit. Tyler did a neat and professional job on the heater, he also did a good job on the valve replacement (although he was to put ball valves in but didn't have them on his truck so he put in regular stem valves instead and they work fine). Tyler explained why Master Plumbing uses Bradford-White water heaters and all other particulars on the unit (warranty period, how they operate, efficiency and how often to drain), removed the old unit and all related materials and left the area neat and clean! The whole experience and quality of their (Tyler's) work was exceptional and should be noted and recognized. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again! The only reason for the B rating on price is that I think this service as a whole in the industry is priced high, probably based on customer needs and their's was good in comparative terms.I also appreciated the $100.00 price reduction!!

He did a great job. The installer was really nice and I liked talking with him. He cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old disposal. Like other comments on here, I thought $232 to replace a disposal was a bit steep, but he did also replace on the drain pipes which I needed as they were in pretty bad shape. Note to reader: if you pay by debit or credit card there is a 4% upcharge. I wrote them a check.

When calling this plumbing company the woman I spoke to was fantastic. She was professional and sent out a plumber immediately to my rent house. The plumber showed up and did the job very quickly without me being present and they even let me use the coupon which was on Angie's List. I was able to do all of this over the phone including making a payment. I will definitely use this company at all of my rental properties and at my own home. Thanks Master Repair Plumbing.

The main problem is gone but the washbasin water is till slow running. It takes long time for the water to drain away. The serviceman revisited after repeated calls but he says he cannot do anything as the system has a flaw. I have been living in this house for ten years and the wash basin has been working fine howcome suddenly the outlet pipe has gone smaller then the flow of water. The serviceman has also advised to use drain openeing liquid. I am ready to spend more mopney and even replace the fosit.

Very good service and communication. My only misgiving was the price. It was more than I'd expected it to cost but in fairness I have no idea how much is reasonable. The service was very professional, and I would use them again.
