+ -1 moreThis was a nightmare. In the process of installing these things, they broke my door and damaged my island. They also jacked up the price. I complained and got no response. I feel I got taken by Lowe's and they never tried to make anything right.
Description of Work: Lowe's installed a sink and two faucets in my kitchen. They also installed an overhead microwave and refrigerator. We purchased all of these things from them as well.

+ -1 moreTHE INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT AT LOWES WAS VERY HELPFUL SETTING UP THE INSTALLER IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE INSTALLER REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF THE OLD HEATER. I WAS VERY SHOCKED THAT IT COST MORE TO INSTALL THE MACHINE THAN IT DID TO PURCHASE IT.
Description of Work: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF A ENERGY SAVING HOT WATER HEATER AND NEW STAND FOR THE WATER HEATER.

+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. WE BOUGHT THE WASHER ONE DAY AND IT WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. THE DELIVERY GUYS WHO INSTALLED THE NEW WASHER WORKED QUICKLY AND COMPETENTLY.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT AN EXTRA-CAPACITY MAYTAG WASHER. THEY DELIVERED IT, PUT A SPECIAL PAD UNDERNEATH IT AND HAULED AWAY THE OLD ONE.
