Great service and quick response time

Needed complete evacuation/recharge of Freon due to Schroeder valve leak inside house. Major cost for Freon, but service was fantastic! Responded within hour of call and waited patiently for me to get back and forth to location twice.

I initially called Love Air for a second opinion on an estimate, and was struck by how knowledgeable George is about HVAC systems. He is very responsive to phone calls or texts, and was able to work in my appointments quickly. I ultimately selected his company for a full HVAC system replacement, and they arrived right on time, took care to not damage my floors, and finished the work quickly. I would absolutely recommend Love Air for all of your HVAC needs!

George is so prompt and honest! We've called twice now within a 6 month span and each time he answers & comes quickly to the rescue. The first time he came, he came in 100*+ weather and replaced a part in our A/C unit and did it quickly while still walking us through everything that had to be done. The second time, I called because our heater was making a funny noise & 45 minutes later he came by because we were in his route. And he saw that it was a drywall issue & quickly repaired it. So grateful for his responsiveness!

George was at my home within an hour of the time I called and gave my wife and I a prompt analysis of what was wrong and what it will take to remedy the problem in a very cost-saving and timely manner. I could not be happier with the service received and the true professionalism with which things were handled. George was prompt courteous and professional. I felt like he is knowledgeable and honest. My system was frozen, so we had to let it thaw. He came back on time and diagnosed the issue and did the repair. My AC has been working since. During the service George gave my wife and I good information. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions.

George was honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced... He told me what the problem was and what needed to be fixed and did not try to upsell me like some other technicians do. He gave me recommendations on how to get the best out of my AC. Very professional and above else honest. It's hard to find honest technicians today and I value his honesty and character.

George called me promptly after I submitted my request and was out here within the hour. He explained my options clearly. He had my AC repaired before 9AM on a Sunday, on the hottest day of the year so far in Texas.
