Went very well from start to finish. I met with David Chavez the day after our first phone conversation and found him to be very prompt and professional. I received a written estimate by email the next morning. I solicited two bids for the service which came in very close in dollars, but chose David because of his professionalism and just a gut feeling. I am happy with the decision. David obtained all the necessary permits from the city and the work was done in two days. He kept me posted on progress at all times and I could always reach him by phone with any questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

Company efficiently tore down the room addition and removed all materials. Job was done perfectly.

Showed up early to start the drainage of the pool. Filled in the deep end with dirt, so they could get the bobcat across the length of the pool to demolish that end. Then they dug up the filled in end to demolish that end; very ingenious! They did it all in one day!
