Lon Smith was the fourth estimate that we received. Skeet Hooks came out to measure our roof. He was able to immediately give us a detailed estimate, reference list and waiver of material lien rights. Once we signed with the company, the materials were delivered in less than a week. The roofing crew arrived early the next morning, but could not finish the job because of lack of shingles. (It looked like they were short by about 10 shingles.) More shingles arrived the next day and the crew returned promptly to finish the job. The inspector came out and fixed a turbine and our gas line that had become dislodged. We received an appointment before each visit and everyone arrived on time. We were extremely impressed with Joanne and Kelly in the billing department. We had a billing issue that was resolved with professionalism and kindness. Joanne even noticed that we had insurance money for window screens and deducted the amount. Lon Smith was an A++ company!

Contacted the company first in July. They did not call back. Called them again (was a small leak in garage so it was not top of mind) in September and they sent someone out to look at the leak. The contact took pictures and said that someone would get back to me shortly with an estimate. I have called twice since then and was told that someone would get back to me. They never have. I am giving up and will find someone else to fix the problem.

Very well. The person who came to give me the estimate was very helpful. He spent much time looking my roof to survey the damage. The repair people came about 10 days later (note: The estimator came out the Friday before Thanksgiving and told me it would be about 10 days). They were quick and did a great job. They cleaned up well.

During the work the crew used my electric outlet for their heavy duty compressor without asking me and plugged it into the charger outlet for my driveway gate. The heavy duty surge from the compressor burnt the electronics in my powered gate. When I forwarded the invoice for the gate repair, Lon Smith promptly reimbursed me for that service call. Only problem I had was when the inspector Jeff Martin came to check the crew's work and have me sign off the job. I went up on the roof with him and found a few discrepancies over which Martin became very upset and angry over what I found to be incomplete workmanship. He refused to answer my questions and stomped off the roof and started to go home by pulling the ladder while I was still on the roof. In response to my complaint, Lon Smith promptly got the discrepancies fixed & sent supervisors on two occasions to answer my questions and make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction.

I was well pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of the work. I had a good experience overall and the price was good. They were very thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

When no one showed up on Wed morning, we called their ofc & was dismissed with a "they will show up eventually" answer. Crew lead came by @ noon & said they would be there shortly. When asked what 'shortly' meant, he said 'an hour'. 3 hrs later they did & worked until 8. Came back at 7 on Thurs & finished up at dark. We had to closely monitor their work. Several times I caught them throwing materials into the shrubs & landscape when the dumpster was parked in the driveway. Fortunately, my husband is in construction & knew when they were about to do something they were not supposed to. On Friday, an inspector from their company was @ my house when I arrived home. He looked at roof & had a check off list for signing. My husband was called; he looked over the roof & found areas that were not caulked properly or not at all. Pointed out to inspector that turbines had been painted & his comment was 'most people want them painted'. I did not. Pointed out damage to wood on porch. No reply.

The work they did was good. They came on time and stayed from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, to get the job done in at timely manner. I only had to pay a deductible, because the insurance covered the roof repair. It took them three days to finish the job and they cleaned up really well. They are a good company to deal with and the crew was real determined to have the job done on time.

APPOINTMENT WITH CHRIS, BUT IASSIC CAME INSTEAD. WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, ANSWERED QUESTIONS WELL. RECEIVED 4 ESTIMATES, THIS WAS 2ND HIGHEST. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF $7,776.66.

ROOF WAS REPLACED IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUT THE ROOF LEAKED AROUND THE CHIMNEY CAUSING WATER DAMAGE TO SHEETROCK INSIDE THE HOUSE. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ROOF VENTILATION AT ALL. THEY INSTALLED EXTRA ROOF VENTS THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO INSTALL, THEN TOOK MONTHS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEIR COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. THEIR FINANCE DEPT OVER-CHARGED ME AND THREATENED TO SEND ME TO COLLECTION EVEN AFTER AGREEING THAT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. THEY LEFT A HUGE OIL STAIN IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. THEY TRIED TO PULL THE USUAL ''SIGN'' SCAM, GIVING ME A DISCOUNT AFTER I WAS REIMBMURSED, IN ORDER TO CHEAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY OUT OF MORE MONEY.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY ROUGH ON MY ROOF. THEY THREW HEAVY PACKAGES OF ROOFING MATERIAL FROM THE GROUND TO THE ROOF. WHEN EACH PACKAGE HIT, THE HOUSE SHOOK. WHEN ONE PACKAGE HIT THE ROOF, A GLASS SHELF IN MY DEN BROKE AND IN TURN, BROKE EXPENSIVE GLASSWARE THAT WAS DISPLAYED. I ATTEMPTED TO TELL THE WORKERS TO STOP, BUT BECAUSE NONE OF THEM SPOKE ENGLISH, I COULD NOT COMMUNICATE MY INSTRUCTIONS. DURING THE PERIOD OF WORK, WHICH BEGAN A WEEK LATER THAN SCHEDULED, THE WORKERS NEVER ONCE CLEANED UP THEIR MESS, I HAD NAILS AND PIECES OF METAL IN THE DRIVE AND IN THE YARD POSING A DANGER TO VEHICLES AND TO NEIGHBORHOOD CHILDREN. WHEN I TOLD THE COMPANY ABOUT THE DAMAGES, THEY TOLD ME TO GET ESTIMATES TO THEM AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. NOW THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED THE ESTIMATES FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE BROKEN GLASSWARE, THEY ARE NOT ONLY REFUSING TO PAY, THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED TO CLEANUP THE MESS BOTH ON MY ROOF AND IN MY YARD.

I CALLED ON APRIL 6, 2005 AND REQUESTED A ROOF INSPECTION. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE TOOK MY CONTACT INFORMATION AND TOLD ME I WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS TO ARRANGE FOR AN APPOINTMENT. IT'S APRIL 13TH AND NO ONE HAS CALLED.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, THEY GOT TIED UP WITH SOME APPOINTMENT, THOUGH THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEIR CLEAN UP WAS EXCELLENT.

I DIDN'T GET ANY COMPARISON ESTIMATES. THIS REQUIRED SOME REPAIR OF THE DECKING. THEY DID GOOD WORK. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY HELPED US OUT WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY SO THAT THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE MAJORITY OF IT. THE ROOFERS DID TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THEN EXPECTED BUT, THAT WAS DUE TO THE WEATHER AND WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. OVERALL, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THEIR JOB EFFICIENTLY.

WELL, I'M SORRY TO SAY THEY DID NOT. I WAS TOLD THAT MY ENTIRE ROOF NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY INVESTIGATED MY ROOF THIS PAST SPRING AND I WAS TOLD THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD BE WILLING TO MEET WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY, BECAUSE I NEEDED A NEW ROOF. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ABOUT GUTTERS OR REPAIRS, THEIR ONLY OBJECTIVE WAS REPLACING MY ROOF. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. FIRST TIME WE WERE TO MEET THEY CANCELLED. SECOND TIME THEY WERE 1 HR LATE, HOWEVER THEY DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WOULD BE LATE.

OVER ALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. ONE AREA THEY COULD WORK ON IS COMMUNICATION WITH FIELD SUPERVISORS, MY HUSBAND TOLD 3 PEOPLE WE NEEDED SOME BOARDS REPLACED BEFORE THEY TILED THE ROOF, BUT THEY FORGOT TO DO IT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK & REDO THAT AREA.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE REPAIRS WERE DONE REALLY WELL. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE THE REPAIRS. THE WORKERS WERE PROMPT AND VERY DILIGENT. THEY FOUND OTHER SHINGLES TO BE REPLACED AND DID THE WORK. THEY ALSO GAVE ME INFORMATION ON HOW TO TREAT THE WATER STAINS ON THE CEILINGS IN THE HOUSE. WE WERE QUITE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THEIR HELPFULNESS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND DID IT QUICKLY.

QUICK SERVICE AND NICE JOB OF CLEAN UP.

THEY DID GOOD WORK, BUT DID NOT SHOW UP THE FIRST TIME AS PROMISED. THEY MISCALCULATED THE FINAL BALANCE AND I CAUGHT THE MISTAKE AND HAD TO GO TO THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS AND MAKE IT RIGHT.

THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONLY ONE DAY. COST WAS MINIMAL BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ROOF.

THEY COMMUNICATED THE BEST TYPE OF ROOF FOR MY NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS OF WARRANTY. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THEIR PRODUCTS.

WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
