We recently had our roof replaced by Lon Smith Roofing since my husband had previous experience with using them. It was definitely a good choice. Our salesperson was knowledgable and provided all our options. There was a delay getting our roof done due to rain and they went the extra mile to come and tarp an area that was leaking to prevent further damage on the inside of our home. The roof replacement was done expertly and they cleaned up as if they had never been there. Lon Smith's also helped provide a repairman to deal with the leak damage inside. All in all it turned out to be a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking.

I am very pleased with the work Lon Smith did replacing my roof due to hail damage. I had previously used them in 2016 to repair damage from trees and squirrels. The salesman, Charles L, showed and explained the roofing product. He went over the process and answered all my question. The materials were delivered the same day they started working on my roof. They also added a ridge vent to help with the ventilation in the attic. They were able to finish in one day. The cleanup crew did a great job. I haven't found any nails in the driveway or road. The crew supervisor, Rolando, checked everything and went over a 20 point checklist. Charles G, the inspector, checked the attic to make sure everything was ok. They did a great job on the roof. Several neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. I would recommend them.

I contracted with Lon Smith Roofing & Construction to replace my composite shingle roof that had been damaged by hail. I contacted a total of four (4) roofers and each conducted an inspection and provided a proposal to perform the work. I selected Lon Smith Roofing for the job for the following reasons: • The professionalism, knowledge and dedication of the Sales Representative. While the other Salesmen seemed to be doing the Sales job as a side job, the Lon Smith Sales Representative was specifically dedicated to Lon Smith and represented them very well. • The longevity of the roofing crews with Lon Smith that would be available to my job. • Lon Smith’s status with BBB and as certified roofing system installer for CertainTeed shingles. • No cash requirement up front, willing to take payment at end of job. • Assignment of an inspector to oversee the job. Lon Smith performed the job exceptionally well and did everything they said they would.

Very please with the installation of my new roof, starting with the inspector and insurance agency process everything went really smooth. Crew was very respectful, hard working, finished my roof in one day. Office staff very professional and helpful. Will recommend them for a job well done!

I had Lon Smith Roofing do our roof 20+ years ago and they did a great job. So, I was not hesitant in calling them again. Mr. Alan Kinnaird was very thorough in explaining what the job would entail. The workers were there early than plan and they worked methodically in getting the roof done in one day. The following day involved in double checking the work and making sure the area was cleaned. Highly recommended to do your roofing needs.

Our 14 year old roof was damaged in a recent hail storm. We selected Lon Smith Roofing based on referrals from our neighbors. From the first contact by Chuck Clary to the final inspection by Ben Trevino, service was exemplary. Everything happened right on the schedule we were given. The new roofing materials were dropped in our driveway the day before work started. The workers showed up first thing the next morning, and finished tearing off the old roof, putting down a new membrane, and installing the new shingles in just one day. LSR even arranged to have our rain gutters installed two weeks after the roof was completed, giving us a chance to paint the facia before the new gutters went on. Chuck redesigned our attic ventilation by adding ridge vents, removing 14 old air hawks, and replacing them with three vents at the peak of the roof. The result is a significantly improved air flow through the attic. Cleanup included rolling the yard with magnetic rollers to pick up any stray nails. All trash was hauled away when the work was completed, and the neighbors yards were inspected for any trash that may have blown into them during construction. The final 14-point inspection included checking in the attic to make sure the vents to the furnaces and chimney weren’t knocked loose when the vent caps were replaced and painted. We’re very satisfied with Lon Smith’s work, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof..

LonSmith did a very good job on my new roof. Kelly, our estimator, was very knowledgeable and friendly when he came out. The roofing team showed up as scheduled and worked basically daylight until past sunset and finished the job in one day. They did a good job cleaning up the yard/driveway (only found one nail and a few tabs around the yard afterwards).

We desperately needed a new roof and when I contacted Robbie from Lon Smith Roofing, he came over quickly, provided a clear estimate. Since our home is not normal in that it is an earth berm home, it required two different types of roofs and Robbie even worked with our insurance company to identify that our roof needed upgrading and that helped us a lot. I was thoroughly impressed from the sales experience through completion of the job. Garret was excellent at explaining to me how their product compares to other agencies. I was confident that I made the right decision. The roof job was excellent and they cleaned up everything afterwards. After the fact, the inspector followed up and had a few drywall mishaps on my ceiling that occur from all of the walking and banging on the roof fixed. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Could not have asked for a smoother experience in replacing our roof and gutters. Garrett was our Estimator, he was great. He took my call right away, setup an appointment, followed through, thoroughly explained the whole process. The crew was professional, extremely clean, and they finished in two days, just amazing. The gutters were replaced after, then the final inspection took place. We have been extremely pleased with Lon Smith and would definitely use them again in the future (if needed).

Our entire roof needed replaced, so we had several roofing companies give us estimates. Lon Smith sent a great salesman out to estimate for us. He was polite, professional, and honest. We chose them because of this. They did what they said they would in a professional way. The roof looks wonderful; clean-up was excellent. The supervisor came and checked the crew's work each day. I recently used Lon Smith to roof my house after the spring hail storm. The salesman was very easy to work with, was pushy and let us make our mind after getting several other quotes. Good work and done in a day. We had a couple of repairs afterward which they took care of. I would highly recommend them.

The crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day as had been promised. A supervisor was on site when they started and walked me through what to expect. He then came to the work site several times during the day to check progress and oversee the work. The crew was conscientious and did an excellent job of cleaning up when finished. The supervisor returned 1st thing the next morning to inspect the finished job.

They did an excellent job, then made adjustments to our bill to satisfy all our concerns.

We chose to work with LSR because we came to trust everyone we dealt with, especially Alan, our estimator. He was very patient, helpful and responsive. He spent hours with us explaining everything. He answered or returned all my phone calls and emails. He's very knowledgeable about his industry and was helpful in explaining the insurance, which paid for more than 75% of the cost. Our contract contained every little detail of the job, itemized down to the penny. Nothing was left out. We experienced absolutely no surprises. The scheduling was coordinated perfectly, from delivery of supplies to arrival of the crews. The crews who worked on our roof were very polite to us, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly. And the roof looks great! I highly recommend Lon Smith Roofing.
