Description of Work: Replaced shingles on my my 20 year old roof. Interfaced smoothly with the insurance company. Some weeks after job I did have a minor leak issue with a new roof vent placement. They came out and relocated the vent and resolved the leak issue. No other issues. Sale contact was very professional and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Our 13-14yr old app. 40,000 sq ft 2 storyhigh pitched roof leaked in 3 places. Lon Smith was recommended by our insurance company. We got 2 other bids but LS was the most detailed and by far most professional so although not the cheapest we chose them for quality. 5-6 workers removed old roof, replaced deck protection,installed new shingles with nails not staples, replaced 3 heater vents, 14 ventilation vents, covered pool landscape cleaned up hauled away debris. They flashed chimney but as it continued to leak, we had to have it rebuilt. They came back and reflashed it for no additional cost. Was completed in 2 days.
