+ -1 moreThey do free pool water analysis and that?s really a big deal to me! I think that?s a great service. In store repairs only charges for parts and not labor. That?s a big deal!

+ -1 moreTHE LESLIE'S STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE IT TAKES TO ENSURE THE CUSTOMER LEAVES WITH WHAT THEY NEED, AND ARE SATISFIED. THEY DO NOT TRY TO 'OVER SELL' YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED HELP WITH POOL START UP, AND THE STAFF AT LESLIE'S ASKED MULTIPLE QUESTIONS TO ENSURE THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE NEEDED. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS ITEMS BOUGHT FOR START UP OF OUR POOL

+ -1 moreWE HAVE JUST MOVED INTO A HOUSE AND HAVE NEVER HAD A POOL BEFORE. WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO DO IT. LESLIE'S HAD ALL OF THE SUPPLIES WE NEEDED AND THEY CHECKED OUT THE FILTERS. THEY CHARGED $85 FOR SERVICE MINUTES FEE AND $50 FOR TRIP CHARGE.
Description of Work: CHECKED ON OUR POOL TO ENSURE THAT IT WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND EXPLAIN TO US WHAT WE NEED TO CARE FOR OUR POOL.
