+ -1 moreCarpet looked great after cleaning. I was thrilled to see the difference. Good effort was made with stain removal. Pet, crayons, play doh and turmeric stains were removed. Despite of laborious stain removal effort one of the spots (tea stain) needed to be patched and they did an excellent job such that no one could differentiate the patch from the rest of the carpet. Also, one of my rooms had a burnt area that was well patched. The technicians who worked at my homes were professional and very sincere with the efforts. Kiwi’s team responds to requests promptly and are flexible with scheduling. I have hired them for at least two of my homes and am definitely going to hire them again.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. It was a good price for the work they did. The gentleman that came arrived on time. He was very polite. He explained things about the carpet cleaning and how to get the stains out. He wasn't just in and out but took the time to give us a few tips for in-between cleaning.
Description of Work: They did a standard cleaning of the living room carpet.
