+ -1 moreI hired this provider to install and then change out a bath tub. He started the service of the initial installation, he did not compete the job. He then rescheduled twice. He has refused to refund $600.00 that he was paid. I had to send them a demand notice, and contact the local constable. I discovered Kenneth Michael (Mike) Dodson, owner, has a warrant out for his arrest. Due to his refusal to refund my money, I have to begin legal action against him. Do not use this person. He does not have a general contractors license.

+ -1 moreAlthough work in the attic was in 100+ degrees, he persisted until the job was completed to both his satisfaction and ours.
Description of Work: Work involved installing the complete AC system, both inside and outside units. He concluded the work by fine-tuning the system to max efficiency. It was a thoroughly professional job with excellent attention paid to details & quality of workmanship. Ken is totally reliable, thorough, completely honest and stands behind his work. He can be trusted to do the job right, go the extra mile if needed & deliver on his work/estimates. He is very experienced, very honest & a perfectionist. Keep working the way you do as it's greatly appreciated & respected.
