Junk Junkies

I called this company because they advertised hauling service, clean ups, etc. I called and spoke to a man who said he was on a job and would have his office person call me right back. Before we hung up, I described to him what I needed done and he said they would be able to do the things I needed. Shortly after, a woman from the company called and set a time for the following week. I asked her what the minimum charge was and she did not know but said she would find out and call me back that day. When she did not call back, I should have known things might not go well. Since I did not hear back from her, I called the number on their marketing material the day before my scheduled appointment. The same man answered that I'd talked to before. He checked his calendar and assured me he had me scheduled for the following day and they would arrive between 11 and noon. At 12:30 they had not shown up. At 1:00 they weren't at my house and I had received no phone call from them. I called the number and got the voice mail of the man I spoke to the day before. I asked if they were running late and asked them to please call and let me know. I never received any follow-up. This company also has a lawn service called Mean Green Lawn Care. I have not used them but definitely would not after this experience.
