Very rarely do I leave negative reviews. I feel it is necessary, in this case, to warn others so you don’t get left in a lurch like I did. If I could leave negative stars I would. I spoke with Jimmy this morning. I let him know that neither of our toilets were working. We experienced this problem before and I knew exactly what the issue was. I explained it to him that one of our cleanouts was on the roof, and that that most likely he would need to do the clean out from the roof. We discussed my tight timeframe. I told him that I have patients which I needed to care for and I could meet him at 3:45, but I needed to be back at the office at five. He agreed to that timeframe. When he came to my home, he was ill prepared. As I had said to him this morning, he would need to get on the roof to do the clean out. He was not prepared to do so. He was going to have to come back. He asked when I could meet him back here and when I told him, it was too late and he could not accommodate me. I was livid. I gave him my parameters when we spoke on the phone. If he couldn’t meet those parameters, he needed to tell me on the phone, so I could get someone else who could. But he did not. Instead he wasted my time, and put me in a bind to get another plumber today, without getting charged an arm and a leg for after hours. And if all of that wasn’t enough, he was rude. He said that I wasn’t making the time to take care of my problem. I tried to explain to him that I have a business to run and patients to attend to, just like he has clients to attend to. When I was speaking with him, he was walking out the door. I have never been so upset or insulted by anyone who has come to my home before. I will never, ever use his services again, and I am shouting out to the world that you shouldn’t either. No one wants to be left in a bind with their plumbing. Nobody wants to be treated rudely in their own home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They worked for about 5 hours straight on fixing the leak, only charged me $120 for a weekend repair which I thought was outstanding, also given that I had called them the day of the work.

My rent houses often have sewer line blockages due to renter carelessness in what is sent down the commodes. Jimmy Miller has never failed to come out to whichever house needs the work, even on weekends. Their prices are reasonable and they try to accommodate my renters whenever they can. Jimmy has also come out to my own residence after hours to take care of my plumbing problems.

John Miller is very good and it is a family business. They are very honest.

I bought the toilets approximately four months ago. Neither toilet flushed properly. I called the company and they sent two rebuild kits for the flushing mechanism. I got the name of John Miller plumbing from Angie's List. John MIller (Sue Miller) was a pleasure to do business with. She was kind enough to tell me that the rebuild kits may not repair the toilets to my satisfaction. We discussed the situation and I decided to have them come rebuild the tanks because they were not flushing at all at times. The two technicians from John Miller Plumbing arrived promptly, they were pleasent, clean and efficient. They rebuilt two toilet tanks and repaired the mechanical operation of one drain in a bathroom sink. They were personable and friendly, and offered advise on other plumbing questions that I had. A very pleasent experience. The price was especially reasonable.

Our unit floods seemingly once a year and I had hired this company to fix it once, and they recommended we use them to prevent this from happening again so we did. They were to come out to prevent any flooding from happening while both my husband and I were gone. When we got back the flooding problem had happened and damaged our floors. My husband called them to come out and fix it once we got back. They charged us again and would not reimburse us for the first charges. It seems as the quality of the work is dependant on which tech comes out. I have had great experiences with the company before it is just this most recent experience was pretty bad.

They are prompt and professional and I would highly recommend them.

We were disappointed. It was difficult to get them to come out after they gave us an estimate and almost impossible to get them to call us back to fix. We were not able to stay while until they finished the work due to a family illness, so we could not see that the icemaker was sticking out too far. We paid them over the phone, at their insistence, via credit card that same day, but have been unable to get a copy of the itemized bill from them for over a month. It was $550 and they were only there about 2 1/2 hours. The did come out to look at our "complaint", but have a very poor attitude about trying to correct the placement of the icemaker (which is now sticking out from the cabinets a couple of inches, and are now blaming it on other problems, but we feel it is the extra long hose they put in that is kinking behind the machine). According to the specifications of the icemaker and the size of our opening, there is plenty of room for the icemaker if the drain was put in correctly.

THEY ARE GREAT - THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND VERY COURTEOUS. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS. I HAD A RENTAL PROPERTY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FT. WORTH WHICH THEY SERVICED ALSO.

HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER TWENTY FIVE YEARS HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. ALWAYS ON TIME AND A REASONABLE PRICE.

THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS THOROUGH. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY AND HAVE OTHER CALLS BEFORE YOU. THEY WILL COME IMMEDIATELY IF NECESSARY.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL JOBS, BUT THIS WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE WORKER WAS NICE, BUT NOT EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. HE CHIPPED OUT A PIECE OF TILE THAT THE FAUCET FIXTURE DID NOT TOTALLY COVER UP. WE HAD TO PATCH IT WITH CAULK. HE ALS LEFT A TOOL THAT I CALLED THEM TO COME BACK AND PICK UP. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, BUT THEY WOULD NOT BE MY FIRST CHOICE.

THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY USUALLY HAVE FRIENDLY SERVICE CREWS.

COMPLETED THE JOB TIMELY AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS.

THE TOILET IS WORKING GREAT AND JOB WAS REASONABLY PRICED.
