Very smooth. On time and good work done

After I had purchased the items I called Mr. Sheptock and left a message, but he did not return my call. I was surprised that he didn't respond because he had asked me several times to call him when I was ready for the work to be done. It is disappointing to hire a contractor who does not respond after he indicated he wanted further work. And he does do excellent work. It is also very time-consuming to find another contractor. If he had changed his mind about doing the work, he could have called me. That would have avoided my waiting a week or so for a response and would have given me more time to find someone else. I'm sorry I hired him.

Great. Came the same day finished quickly.

He never called me after he changed my ceiling fans. He was going to come back and put up a gutter and never showed up. I've tried to call him numerous times and never heard back from him. He also took a long time to do the ceiling fans.

He was very down to earth and he wouldn't quit until it was completely fixed. He did it right. He had to leave once to get parts; he did an excellent job.

I had to point out one or two things, but he responded very nicely and without any quibble. He would sometimes call and say he could not come on a particular day. I did not mind, but other people might be annoyed by that. He was so nice, and I never had any problem with him. We had a nice working relationship. He charged about $20/hour.

He is very nice and pleasant to work with. He charges by the hour but at a reasonable rate. He does a good job.

He was very returned my calls promptly, was very efficient in completing the jobs I requested. I recommend him highly for the work that he did for me

JOE DOES PART-TIME (AFTERNOON) ODD-JOB/HANDYMAN WORK. I'VE KNOWN HIM FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS. HE IS INCREDIBLY POLITE, WORKS HARD AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. I'VE ALSO USED HIS SERVICES TO INSTALL A STORM DOOR AND PLAN TO USE HIM FOR AT LEAST TWO MORE JOBS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. HE'S RELIABLE, HONEST AND SKILLED AT A VARIETY OF AROUND-THE-HOME TASKS.
