Smart Plumber. Rescheduled 3x for visit to diagnose the issue. Finally came and found a problem others missed. Cancelled 5 appointments to fix the problem because of "Emergencies" over 3 weeks. Told me emergencies come first, never called on missed appointments, and never bothered to call to re-schedule the missed appointments. I give up. You will too.

James O'Mary came highly recommended from a network of other families I know in our area. He answered the phone promptly, was courteous on the call, and set up an appointment quickly. He texted 30 minutes before the appointment to say he was on his way and arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment. He was just as nice in person as on the phone. He found the plumbing problem immediately and fixed it quickly. He also cleared a couple of slow drains on sinks that were unrelated to the service call. He only charged me the cost of a service call ($75) since all of the work was minimal. I would definitely use him again and can highly recommend him to anyone.
