+ -1 moreWe absolutely love our Pest Control company - who can really say that?! Ideal Pest is always on time - they usually come first thing on Saturday morning which is great for our schedule. They are friendly, efficient, and thorough. They always take the time to make sure we're satisfied. We have them come once every 3 months and will continue to do so.
Description of Work: Routine pest control inside and outside of home.

+ -1 moreCompany was not puctual at all for services. The tech was late one hour on the first appointment. Second appointment was canceled by the tech becuase he didn't allow enough time to spray the entire yard and home. Third appointment the tech called and said he was going to be an hour late. I cancelled my service contract with them since I has signed up for a year. I didn't want to endure this type of service for the term of the contract.
Description of Work: Were suppose to spray the lawn and home for inspects.

+ -1 moreThey are excellent. They have a yearly contract, where they come out every 3 months and exterminate and if you have problem in-between and will work with you. They worked with me till they got rid of the flea problem I had and did not charge me for it because it was part of the contract. They will call and say it is time for your extermination and ask what day they can come out. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have a yearly contract with Avalon Pest & Termite Inc. and I have been using them for 10 years. The last time they were here was 3 months ago.

+ -1 moreThey are totally responsive. If we need them between times, they come right out. The price is good and the man that came was very friendly and professional. We are very happy with their quality of work and recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Avalon Pest and Termite came to spray the inside and outside our 1,500 square foot home mainly for ants, but also for other insects. They come quarterly and that is how we pay them.
