My ceiling fans were late being delivered but Hop2it got some of the prep work done to install the new ceiling fan and installed a bathroom vent fan. Noah L. and the other technician (forgot his name!) did a great job installing the vent fan in a tight space.

Casey and Steve were excellent. Casey completed the quote for me and they came through at the price promised and the work looks great! I would be happy to have them out again.

Installation was smooth as silk! The installers were on time, efficient and very professional. They left everything ship shape and gave us a walkthrough when done to make sure everything was in order and all the breakers were properly labeled. I was particularly impressed that they put on shoe covers before entering our home. None of the other contractors who bid on the job were that consciencious. Their price was slightly more than the other bids, but they were able to explain the additional value we were getting. I'd definitely hire them again.

Mike was terrific - I think he went above and beyond. It is a little expensive but I was very impressed with Mike's professionalism and work ethic, and the work the he performed.

Cody and his assistant did a great job. I was contacted Prior to the appointment to let me know they were on their way. They both wore masks, were very respectful and worked efficiently to remove the old fan and install the new one. They cleaned up after themselves, helped replace the rug and furniture and took the old fan with them so I didn’t have to concern myself with it. I will definitely use them again!

Anthony was phenomenal.. VERY knowledgeable on ALL the different types of fixtures I asked about. Was able to give me the pros and cons of each one, which made my decision SOOOO much easier ..Anthony is a REAL asset to this company.. Joe in the office, who took my initial call and request for service, was a VERY professional, customer service oriented employee..Very CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented!! I felt the charges for what I had done were VERY reasonable. This organization will definitely be my 'go to' for any electrical work in the future. My wife is already getting her 'things to do' list together for some other future 'updates' of fixtures and outlets.. Anthony will be my 'top of the list' employee to do my work.

I thought Mike Guajardo did a fantastic job. Initially we discussed my needs for workshop and he then made some really valuable suggestions which we used some of them. Once agreed upon he then priced it. Then he began the work and completed it, even when a late modification was introduced. We tested all the circuits and it performed as expected. Great job Mike.

Oncor Electric cut my power when a tree removal service damaged the meter box. The time was 5:15PM and the heat index over 100-degrees. 24-7 Electrical Service were the first to respond to my inquiries and had a technician available. Further responses by others offered no one on call. Anthony was here within the hour, made an assessment, gave me a quote and, despite the developing storm system, agreed to proceed with purchasing the needed materials and, if the storm had passed, work into the evening. The job included replacing the meter box, installing a riser, and installing a grounding system. With the assistance of Mike, another 24-7 technician, the two of them worked diligently and I had power before midnight. Anthony and Mike were both friendly and professional, answered my many questions, and provided additional information. I was very upset about the situation and stressed about having to find a hotel for me and my dog. Their calm, "we've got this" attitude went a long way to comforting me and feeling like I was in good hands. I highly recommend 24-7 Electrical Services.

Everything went very well. Even though our situation was not critical, Mike came out the same day. He explained our options and was very pleasant. He performed the work quickly and efficiently. We will use 24/7 again.

I bought a $199 special deal on Angies list and easily scheduled a time for 24-7 to come and visit/work. Chris showed up in the time line that he was supposed to and immediately started working on what I had requested after a brief discussion. He did everything that I wanted, exactly the way I wanted it and did not try to nickel/dime me on stuff I did not need nor did he try to upsell me (I had to pay for a few items that 24-7 had to supply, but that is to be expected and it was a nominal and fair fee). I am very pleased with the work that was performed and would hire them again if I could get the same deal... Comment......I like the hourly deals because there are no surprises and no BS sales tactics once workers show up.
